長榮航空表示， Hello Kitty 友誼機的機身彩繪圖案繽紛奪目，有 Hello Kitty 與 Fifi 、 Jodie 等好友一起拿著象徵友情的蝴蝶結，陪伴旅客搭乘滿載蝴蝶結的友誼機，結交來自世界各地的好朋友。

友誼機飛航桃園－沖繩及桃園－大阪航線，其中沖繩航線更是首次使用彩繪機加入營運，活潑可愛的 Hello Kitty 結合陽光熱情的沖繩，為旅遊增添更多歡樂的記趣，上午首航更贈送「 Hello Kitty 友誼機餐具組」給搭機旅客，為旅客留下美好的回憶。

此外，長榮航空特別選定桃園機場捷運直達車，打造獨一無二的彩繪廣告列車，分別以蛋黃哥「慵懶機」、酷企鵝「郊遊機」以及三麗鷗家族明星為主角的「夢想機」、「派對機」以及「友誼機」等五大主題進行設計，車身外觀及內裝充滿彩繪機及三麗鷗明星家族的元素，每節車廂都有主題限定的專屬頭墊紙。除定期保養外，即日起每天在A1首發時間為上午6點，之後每2個小時一班。

長榮航空現擁有七架彩繪機，飛航芝加哥、巴黎、新加坡、上海、東京、福岡、大阪、沖繩、首爾及宿霧。友誼機是長榮航空第二架A321-200彩繪機，總座位數為184個，包括8個商務艙及176個經濟艙。
